This section addresses common questions about using MMW Cloud.

## Who can access my stored files?

Your files are accessible only by your authenticated account. Download links are time-limited and expire quickly to preserve privacy. Unauthenticated public sharing is not supported.

## How does large file uploading work?

Large files measuring 8 MiB and above upload automatically in chunks. Your browser computes an SHA-256 checksum locally to guarantee transmission integrity. Once all parts transfer, the storage backend finalizes the complete file.

## Where can I cancel subscription auto-renewal?

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through these interfaces:

- From the Plans tab in the cabinet at https://app.mmwcloud.tech.
- From the Profile screen in the cabinet at https://app.mmwcloud.tech.
- Inside the MMW Cloud card in the MMW Hub cabinet at app.mmwhub.tech.

Your paid storage remains accessible until the current period ends, after which recurring charges stop.

## What happens if a subscription lapses?

Your data remains protected across multiple stages:

1. For the first 30 days after expiration (suspended status), previously uploaded data remains accessible for download. New uploads pause.
2. For the subsequent 150 days (cold archive status), data transfers to cold archive preservation. Direct single downloads are paused.
3. Throughout this entire window, you can request a free export archive containing all your stored files directly from the cabinet. The download link remains valid for 30 days.
4. If an account is not renewed within 180 days, stored files are permanently deleted. Reminder notices are emailed 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day prior to deletion.

## Is there a mobile application?

MMW Cloud is engineered to run in standard web browsers across computers, tablets, and smartphones. A dedicated mobile application is not required to manage storage.

## How does MMW Agent memory sync work?

Connecting storage folders to AI agent memory is entirely optional. Folder synchronization activates selectively per category when an active MMW Agent subscription is present. Agents interact solely with files placed in folders where you have enabled the sync switch.
