Where are files stored?
In Cloud.ru data centers in Russia, encrypted with your account key.
Who can see my files?
Files are stored encrypted and open only through your account. AI agents see a file only after you turn on the memory toggle for it.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You have 30 days to download your files. After 30 days, unrenewed data is permanently purged.
Can I use MMW Cloud without AI?
Yes. Without the agent toggle, it is a secure private cloud storage. You can store personal archives and backups quietly.
What is the maximum file size?
The limit is 64 GB per file. Larger files can be split into parts.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept bank cards through Lava. Subscriptions renew monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
