MMW Cloud supports direct integration with persistent memory for intelligent agents across the MMW ecosystem.
Purpose of agent_sync
Section titled “Purpose of agent_sync”This capability enables MMW agents to index, retrieve, and reference documents, notes, and technical files placed in designated storage folders:
- Memory synchronization is strictly optional: folder sync remains disabled by default.
- Activation requires an active MMW Agent memory subscription (Starter, Pro, Enterprise, or Founder tiers).
Configuring folder synchronization
Section titled “Configuring folder synchronization”Manage folder synchronization directly within the Files view:
- Select the target folder or category.
- Toggle the agent memory synchronization switch to enabled.
- Connected agents receive authorized read access to files inside that specific folder.
Data isolation
Section titled “Data isolation”Privacy and boundary enforcement are fundamental to this capability:
- Agents access solely those files placed inside folders where the account owner actively enabled synchronization.
- All other folders and personal files remain private and inaccessible to agents.
- Disabling the sync switch for any folder revokes agent access immediately.
Memory file safeguard
Section titled “Memory file safeguard”When an active MMW Agent memory subscription is maintained, all memory-linked files remain in standard cloud storage without transfer to cold archive or scheduled deletion, even if the primary cloud storage subscription lapses.
