MMW Cloud offers storage plans with straightforward monthly billing in USD.
Storage plans

Billing terms
Section titled “Billing terms”- Card checkout: secure payment processing via verified payment partner with immediate quota allocation.
- Monthly cycle: storage subscriptions run on a flexible month-to-month schedule starting on payment day.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly renewal date.
Cancelling auto-renewal
Section titled “Cancelling auto-renewal”You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through these interfaces:
- From the Plans tab in the cabinet at https://app.mmwcloud.tech.
- From the Profile screen in the cabinet at https://app.mmwcloud.tech.
- Inside the MMW Cloud card in the MMW Hub cabinet at app.mmwhub.tech.
Once auto-renewal is cancelled, recurring charges stop completely. Your storage remains fully operational through the paid expiration date.
Data lifecycle after expiration
Section titled “Data lifecycle after expiration”Our data lifecycle policy provides predictable retention milestones if a subscription ends:
- Active subscription (full workspace access): unrestricted file uploads, downloads, and file removal within your allocated quota.
- First 30 days after expiration (suspended status): new file uploads pause. All previously uploaded data remains safe and available for download. You can renew your plan at any moment to restore full write access.
- Days 31 through 180 (cold archive status): files transfer into secure cold storage preservation. Single file downloads are paused. You can request a free archive with all your files or renew, and access returns.
- Free archive export: during suspended or archived status, you can request a complete free export archive in the cabinet. The generated download link remains valid for 30 days.
- Final purge on day 180: reminders arrive at your account email 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the retention cutoff. Unrenewed accounts are permanently deleted at day 180.
Safeguard for MMW Agent memory users: accounts with an active MMW Agent memory subscription (Starter, Pro, Enterprise, or Founder) retain their shared agent memory files in standard storage without cold archiving or deletion.
